I would love a trip out as with you guys. Not so sure I fancy travelling all the way to Stockport to come back down though.

Anywhere I can pick up the train further south? I live in Winsford, so not far from Chester and Wales as it is.

Clare this is what Chris posted on Amita....

'All are welcome, young and old, experienced and totally useless drivers Speed will be within the posted limits.'

So yeah you'll be fine - when he means thrash i think he just means 'run out' you know how he gets carried away. so they'll be no naughty stuff

If your worried about the car why dont you passenger with someone!!!!

We're not fast - were just all noise and no action

Anderooo, I am planning to cut cross country and meet them part way. Happy to have you tag along.

PM me with a rough idea of where you are coming from and I will arrange a suitable meet point and time.

Thanks for the confirmation Carl, you are indeed right, and heaven forbid a smacs run out become a "thrash" or indeed a "burn" !
We will be welcoming some new members on this run, so the pace will be on the boring side of moderate Come to think of it, if I give you my sat-nav clare, we'll follow you, that'll keep the speed nice and steady

Hey mate,

I spoke to Chris a bit earlier, had been talking to him about roads to visit as it happens. He suggested meeting them at the Shell petrol station up at junction 14 on the M56. Which is about 10 minutes away for me, which is a lot better than a 35 minute drive all the way up to Stockport.

So I think I will run up there as I can't get lost.

Unfortunately I can't make the 7th monthly meet which would have been nice before going on this run. Hopefully be able to make my first one in January now (damn xmas party).

Cheers,
Anderoo
