I take it that the lack of replies means that these meets are ended?

They're more of a loose affiliation. Usually someone posts up a "fancy meeting at the Walton Arms" and people (usually) turn up.

Will I still be welcome in my diesel VW Boring?

25mpg, £1/litre, £250 a month nursery fees, MrsREV working part time, want a bigger house etc. etc. etc.

I'm not skinting myself by keeping the Scoob, but why waste £150 a month when I rarely get to use the Scoob "properly" anyway?

Besides, Project V8 Viva will keep me busy for the next couple of years and satisfy my need for speed eventually
