I regret to inform you that I have just received confirmation from Bookatrack that our day at Elvington on 10 August has been cancelled.
Despite much PR etc it seems that we only attracted 5 drivers for the event.
Elvington is always fully subscribed and I feel that it is simply down to the holiday period and the fact it was planned for a weekday. We will promote one in the future on a weekend which hopefully should do better. I will speak with Stef re any future event and involve him in the promotion.
IMPORTANT
Would you please take the time to inform anyone who you know may be attending the planned event of the above circumstances.
