The official SMACS revival thread!!
Right then!
Its time we got this sorted!
If we can get enough DEFINATES (sp??) committed, i'm up for organising a BBQ for the SMACS brigade, as I said previously. Lets get our heads together here and find a day to do it.
We need all the original SMACS there, and all the new faithfulls too.
I'm free any weekend until the end of July..........suggestions for a date please!
If there is enough interest i'll plan a route for a bit of a drive first, then you can pick up the family and all come round to mine for a few beers and a BBQ.
Come on! We can do it!

i have a treasure hunt partially completed (planned to use it at some point), so we could do that as a family thing before the BBQ. Would take about an 1hr or so.
Better than the "men" off driving together first?

The "Family Treasure Hunt" is all but complete, so if you don't mind I will propose something.
To ensure that the roads are quiet when we do this then I suggest a Sunday morning would be best, leaving from Macc. Cars arrive at 9:30, first car away at 10am, and then every 2 mins (depending upon number of cars).
Route should take approx 1.5 hrs so BBQ can kick off for about 1 or 2 o'clock. Obviously I leave all organising and BBQ time up to you. Its your show.
Note that this is a FAMILY specific activity and therefore speed/time will not be a factor in the treasure hunt in any way. This does not mean those without kids cannot take part but safety is top priority here. Lets enjoy this.
Do we have a date yet?
