Default SMACS ON THIS?

RAID ACROSS THE BORDER
Myself and andy_s are already signed up, anyone else fancy it? We'll be travelling up on the saturday dinnertime, staying overnight at Lordhardings mums b&b, and then doing the raid on sunday. Last year I did it with missyc, blitzboy1 and supertouring who came up on the sunday morning. Fantastic drive out, over 500 miles covered in the 2 days!
It's worth coming up and staying over the night before just for the breakfast at lordhardings mums house
Get your names down on the main thread if your definatly coming along.
Cheers,
Chris.

chaz, yes you do get back sunday, although a little late and absolutely knackered
last year we came back via the m6, following supertourings just installed sat nav, which when we got to the m6, he had a choice, north (scotland) or south (england) guess which he chose???
Sorry super, had to mention that one again
We only ever go as fast as you feel safe doing m8, thats what it's all about

Nwmark, not a family event really, although I'm taking paige with me as she is a great navigator, and tells me off if I go to slow
Got this email off lordharding tonight:
At his mums:
1 double room
1 family room (1 double bed and 1 single bed and a small fold up bed if necessary )
at mine (although we have actually retired from B&B trade)
1 room comprising of 1 double bed and 1 single bed
If there is any more i will get my mum on the case with her other B&B chums to see if there is any other rooms available close by.

as it stands, andy_s and supertouring both require accomodation, as do I, so thats 4 of us at his mums, I would imagine missy_c and charliewhiskey require some too, so thats lordhardings full.
As he says, more people staying over on saturday will just mean he'll have to call in the cumbrian b&b posse

Hope you can make it m8, it is a cracking drive.
chris.
