how much was your clutch....
and is that fitted?
speaking to some of the guys there they recon it can be done in 4 hours, so that prob means a day for me (1st time etc).
Sonic wouldn't even go near the rollers with his car!

Yes I did go on the rollers
I was the last car to run
with a broken up-pipe I still managed 255bhp 242lb/ft

yes mine is a UK car, not one of these Jap ones with extra power to start with

Hmm mine apparently was only just over the UK power to start with, being a wagon and TD04 and better vintage... 220 bhp {gulp} damn I wanna STi wagon!
Roll on the TD05 ... must be 50 plus bhp there? With all my mods?

been told (on sidc) that the Roger Clarke Motorsport clutch is the one to go for at £140, and someone mentioned that a clutch can be done in 2 hours.......

RCM stuff is usually top notch mate, who do you know who can do it in 2 hours ... I'll go there for my flywheel change!

The previous owner of mine fitted a competition clutch to mine (Helix paddle, IIRC). He said it was about £600 or so. All I know is it's quite happy to be side stepped at 5000rpm with no hassle and it judders like one of Julian's conquests **** cheeks
