A few scoobys meeting

on entry please follow the marshalls directions to your allocated parking space and line up as reqd (last year we parked over 400 cars the same way!!

ANY NONE SCOOBYS will be directed to a seperate part of the field

NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE as we want all scoobys together for photos etc .

As you park up the marshalls are collecting your donation for cancer Research of £5 minimum per car

There CAN be NO CHANGE GIVEN as the buckets are sealed so if you give a tenner or twenty better still !!!

All Proceeds go to Cancer Research

There will be instructions given out along with your reduced tickets into lightwater
Please fill in your user name on the reverse of these sheets and display it on the dashboard .

This means you will be entered into the Car of the Day competion with 3 super prizes

NO NAME ON DASHBOARD == NO ENTRY TO COMPETION !!!!!!

there will be lots of suppliers on the field all with great show offers so spend on your beloved scoobys !!!

The raffle tickets will be sold at the NBO2 Tent at the entry for £1 each again going to cancer reserch

There is over 15 top prizes .

The Draw and awards for the car of the day will be held at 3 PM and also the handing over of the cash to Cancer Research .


Police Warning


increased patrols will be sited in a 30 mile zone of Lightwater Valley so PLEASE OBEY ALL SPEED LIMITS as the organisers will not be held responsible for any incidents

oh yes a couple of friends are meeting me at Lightwater someware in yorkshire !!!

they will recognise me as ive got a scooby and blue hat and t-shirt

but i dont have those daft English flags as they slow me down
