Default SMACS Run Out 12 May

Cocked up the date on the orginal thread so though I would add new thread with correct date and point everyone at the old thread. (come back CW, all is forgiven)

I guess this could be why they are so few takers for this week.

Thread is here - http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/showthread.php?t=326277

Thanks for keeping me company on this one, will definately be doing that route again. However, you missed out on the Longnor road, which is best described as a "roller-coaster", lots of blind crests with near vertical drops on the other side!

As for Volvo drivers, that is the closest I have come to a crash without having one! He had nothing to prove, and while I prefered to overtake on the long downhill straight, his desire to get one over on me meant he was alongside me (after crossing double whites) going into a blind corner. Luckily I spotted the black cab coming the other way before he did and was able to slow sufficiently to allow him to come back onto my side. The worst bit of driving I have ever seen, and how he managed to hold onto the car after diving infront of me I do not know, it certainly was not driver skill.
