Apple, how may rolls of film did you go through? There were flashes going off all night!
Like everyone else, thoroughly enjoyed it and now thoroughly nackered.
Didn't get to bed till about 1am due to making a couple of drop-offs and having a security scare at work that needed the attention of the law, but when I did my brain wouldn't stop doing laps of the track.
Does anyone remember a thread about whoever got the fastest lap getting the first round in? I'm sure I saw one somewhere!
Steve, cheers for the drinks, and sorry for the c'ckup, give us a bell when you're free and I'll sort it.
All in all a fun, friendly, competitive, SAFE evening.
Oh, and apologies again to Mrs Harryboy for the 'nudge' (I know, picking on poor a defencless woman, but she was quicker than me. Come to think of it EVERYONE was quicker tham me )
PMSL @ Dazza with the booster seat. Top display of kartsmanship though. Nice drive back down that road eh?
Next time we do the convoy thingy, I think a map or directions for every car might come in handy
Maddy, stop it with the toys mate. The only car in the world with a four point adapter for the cig lighter socket.
Al, sorry for letting the side down wiv me cr@p power-weight ratio. But at least I didn't get a Stop-Go, unlike some, eh

Al - you have a PM about subs and WYIOC bank account.
Sticky mate - Kath reckoned you were holding her up, especially with that power to weight problem And she's sure she'll beat you on her bike if we can organise an MTB session....

Havyng prooblims tipyng... fyngers nut werkyng.. arms ded..
Jeez man I'm aching... Cracking night.. I don't give a toss that we came last but one...
Thanks to everyone for turning up and making it a cracking evening. The drive home was especially good.. I tried to catch Simon up off that roundabout bypass
It seems 021 (re-arrange to come up with a figure) wasn't good enough...
Next doo is the shootout... I will start another thread for interest soon...
Cheers everyone...!
BTW.. Unless there any issues, we will be going ahead with the committee as published all over the WYIOC & Forum. Fees will be payable from the 1st May and will be £10. I'll post more details there rather than hijacking Martyn's post..

Oh man... not looking forward to Sat morning... i've got pains everywhere now and a bump on my hip from side swiping sticky... who had the widest kart on the track...
Big thanks to Al for the eveneing, like Andy said a great competetive fun safe night with a bunch of like minded guys and gals who all are genuinley nice people... its fair to say we all had a great time... and its good to be around people who are out to have a good time without the useual muppets you find nowadays... great!
Pretty sure i saw the fastest female karter ever... she was leaning so far out of the kart she nearly had her knea down... well quick!
Also for the second time my motor got grit blasted on the way back following sticky down the lanes... again the widest EVO ever... he'll be fitting forest arches next
Also the karting guy was too funny! he'll have his own show one day... Wouldn't let me take the kiddy kart around either...!

I can just see it now, Phil, sort out a 'Member's Wive's' section in the forum.
If that don't burn up bandwidth I don't know what will

Chris/Kath - Likewise. Lovely to meet Kath properly and CG says they got on very well. Apparantly she doesn't go to Fenay much as "it's your playtime", but Helen has decided that Kath can go in your place in future, as I've already got loads of blokes to talk to
We must sort out this curry, and MBRing, and Dales run/food, and ........
CB.

Dave - deffo get something sorted. We're always around for curries, as well as bike rides - whenever, where ever. Just PM me when you're both free.
Fenay is only 'my playtime' 'cos it involves talking about and potentially 'wasting money' on cars....
Dazza - I'll just nip out for some films.....

Andy, you're welcome M8 & thanks again for this afternoon. (Hadn't read this when I popped in earlier so didn't know about your 'security scare' - hope no probs). Re: promo stickers - let me have some of your info cards to give out too. Might as well have them for Scooby Shootout.
Would like to echo all comments hereon. Only gripe: No prize for slowest/worst karter/driver cos I take issue with Sticky as I win hands down At least I was officially acknowledged as participating in the 'Worst Changeover' they'd ever seen

how many can you recognise?
Right, that works so...
Sticking to a corner like ....?
Kath on a flyer with the wind in her hair
Determination or what?
Divine intervention with halos or flare - you decide
Wasssup - Simon's in the lead
One bit of it's sharp...
Preparing for the red mist? Harry-(Demonize)-Boy
The Three Amigos
Is that a Trophy in your pocket or...
Aw look, Dave's about to gush
I took a few more with the digi camera but they're either well underexposed or "artistically blurred"
Took about a roll and a half on film but haven't sent that lot off yet...

Andy, leave it where it is mate... I have a knack of not being photogenic..
By the time I realised you were pointing it at me... it was too late to smile!
Great pics mate..!
