I am on my hols the week of the 26th january. that weekend, I want to go up to cumbria, and sample the delights of those fantastic roads again, with family in tow this time.
Anyone else up for a weekend away?
Lordharding has accomodation, as does his mother, just around the corner! And the rates are very reasonable
Let me know.

I am up for a run out, but probably not a full weekend. Maybe do a Sat and come back late or early Sun. I'll check with the boss.

super, bring the boss and rugrats with you! thats what i'll be doing.
my boss said she may not come, but I want to go again when Lordharding organises a proper run out, so I'll do that one on my own.
So this is the family trip up north, with a visit to hadrians wall on saturday, which is just up the road from lordhardings mums house

I wondered where she nicked the stone from to build her house (only joking mrs harding )

Does this mean sedate driving? Anything over 50 and my daughter has the habbit of placing her breakfast over the back of my head!

ok, lets recap
cw42
supertouring
blitzboy1
andy_s
beefy
all expressed an interest in this weekend away.
Beefy, see if you can make it a stop over, as the roads up to brampton are terrific, especially if we can find the roads we got BIG AIR on, over to the TAN HILL PUB.
If you cant, then we could meet you somewhere on the sunday off the M6, and then go for a drive, how early would you be able to get up there?
Dai made it in about 10 mins when he went up in November!!!
( and thats in a heavy my02 )

See if you can get a weekend pass guys as rusty is bound to be up for showing us some cracking roads, and I want to see Midlife crisis scoobys NEONS!!!
The cost of accomodation is not much, and well worth it for lordhardings mums breakfast alone!
Let me know if you can deffo go, and I will book the rooms.
Bagsy sharing with blitz again, he doesnt snore as loud as super

COME ON YOU LOT, GET OUT OF THE WINTERY/XMAS/NEWYEAR BLUES, and shake off those cobwebs.

Mad and Gav, stop arsing around the vale of edale, and get up to Yorkshire and Cumbria (and maybe even Scotland!) for some excellent roads

see you there,
chris.

ps, cheers missyc.
