The Derby/Notts scooby club have organised a meet on sunday @ shardlow in Derbyshire, I am going along for the drive out from stockport, over the tops via buxton and ashbourne.

and tell them you are interested. Then via this thread, we can arrange to meet up in Stockport somewhere on Sunday morning around 10:00.

Hey there Rusty Great to see you for another run out... will we get to see your new mod then ?

 

I am going to drive over to be at the clockhouse pub in shardlow for around 12. So if I set off around 10 from here, meet missyC somewhere in buxton around 10:30, then convoy over to shardlow from there, via ashbourne. Where shall we meet MissyC?
I know buxton quite well, and will come over from the Whaley Bridge road, nicest route by far!Meet at the junction at the bottom of that hill?

Chris, Can we meet somewhere first? as I don't know the Whaley Bridge road. I usually take M6 to J19 (Knutsford) then whizz over the Cat & Fiddle

jon, if your coming down the m6, can you take the m61, then the m60 clockwise past ashton and denton, through to stockport but take the bredbury turn off at junction 25. Go up to the roundabout, follow the Bredbury signs, and I will wait in the layby, just to the left of there.
It looks on the map to be a shorter route, what do you think? We could then go the way I know to Buxton, meet MissyC, and head off to Shardlow.
Say about 9:30? meet me in Bredbury? How far up the m6 are you coming?
