Thumbs up

Hi m8,

mine is set to 1, but unless you are running silly boost you can set it around the 6 mark.

Cheers

Question

At what boost are you getting "overboost"?

May not be overboost at all, could be dodgy coilpacks, they are known to pack up on early models like ours. Mine did.

Cheers

when flooring the throttle, they are followed by hessitation and lots of pops and bangs. the revs goes to 0 and a few secs later responds again.

i m not sure what this is as there are so many suggestions of overboost, fuel cut, etc etc

the funny thing is i suspect it is leaking MBC. will remove it and see what happens. (i'll explain the next time i see you)

cheers rich, car will be at oldham when the type r comes out.
