Club Structure….

Im going a to start a thread here for the Club Structure…. I know there have been a few posts today already and I promise this will be my last … well at least for 10 mins while I go and have a coffee…..



With the club having a large number of members and will have paying members we need some structure….

So… Please post either VOLUNTEERING yourself or Proposing another member, but PLEASE make sure that the member you propose WANTS to do the job in hand and then there can be a vote…..

So Please just post underneath the JOB TITLE and USERNAME


Ie….. YorksScoob Treasurer ( as he is an accountant and has already suggested to me that he would be happy for his name to go down)

So we need…..

CHAIRMAN

SECRETARY

TREASURER

EVENT ORGANISER (help will be given with this one as I have lots of contacts re telephone numbers and dates etc)

NEWSLETTER

Have I forgotten anything?

Well done to everyone I am sure this club will go far as it has got some excellent members with some fantastic cars. I look forward to meeting everyone at our first meet.

yes thats better claire well done girl oh this is going to be the best club ever i can see it now

the hardest parts done now we just need the organising of the structure now then were on aroll so come on guys and girls get some names put forward

 

leave claire in charges she's never off here.

 

There doesnt seem to be much fight for where the buck stops then lol.....

I dont mind doing it if that is what everyone wants...


Need some volunteers for Secretary and Treasurer and Events Organiser....

if it helps i will put myself forward for event organising / liasing as most of you know im a bugga when it comes to car layouts

Of course the organising if in collaberation with japtorque meets might help us out as sez can help us to. But will gladly work along side with others as i think event organization should be a group effort.

Secretary should have advance planning for all Events so that way all subs for said events are paid up front. So no one is out of pocket when paying for Tickets and so on.

well seeing as I put Aileen down for Newsletter then I guess that could be secretary too lol

When everyone is over then all nominated names will go to a vote

 

I thought jim would do well for the newsletter as he could have his own little section in there on detailing. with answers to members questions too

keeps him out of trouble surely

 

oh steve your witty off the pitch as well i like it i can see it know jims show and shine section with reverand bob
