Strange, but true....it was on our local BBC news last night too....but now I can't find mention.
The local Conservative bigwig MEP let the cat out of the bag on TV last night....apparently if they applied for this it "might impinge on other grants etc that they have earmarked for other stuff.....".
That's OK then...........
It's already too late to apply for relief for those flooded out on the East Coast...so that's OK too then?

I said Hell would freeze before I voted Lieing Labour again...but weather reports down there show a very cold snap moving in.......
