Default OK, getting a little worried now........

Thursday, noticed my right arm occasionally trembling, and the muscles in my wrist contracting, yet feeling week.

I put it down to tiredness, restless arm syndrome etc, and ignored it.

But yesterday and now today it's getting worse.

Visit to the doctors?

Same thing happened to me just before Christmas. I went to the doctors and she told me I would have to stop wanking. I asked her why and she replied that it was distracting her...

Yes, get it medically checked, please. Hope it turns out to be nothing too worrying. Good luck.

I used to get that after endurance karting and trying to hold a pint of beer in the pub afterwards.

Quite embarrasing trying to lift a pint and trying to drink it without spilling it. I always put it down to the adrenalin making my muscles a bit too twitchy.

So certainly fatigue/stress related; If you haven't been doing anything exertive beforehand, then something isn't right.

I'm an idiot when it comes to things like this. A few weeks ago at work I must have lifted something in a weird way. My Neck and Shoulder ached, and because of this the use of my arm was restricted. By the time I got home my thumb, index and middle finger were numb. I found I had a pain in my armpit and the underside of my wrist and if I massaged both area's I got pins and needles in those 3 fingers until they came back to life over the course of a few days.
My thumb is still not 100%, although its not numb I can't for example operate a lighter with that thumb and the tip of my middle finger is still numb.

Get to the docs. None of us can diagnose you through text.

Get well soon.

Could be anything from stress to a brain tumour.

Likely to be nothing serious. But do see your GP!

Still doing it this morning. Earliest I can get to the docs is Wednesday, we are away tomorrow and Tuesday.

Both hands seem as strong when pushing/pulling, right, which is the efffected arm, is stronger if anything.

Due to your medical history (I've read about your back probs), it's worth getting it checked out by your doctor. I'm sure Mrs. Alcazar knows about it. If it gets worse while you guys are away, get to the A&E.

It could be nerve related. Bearing in mind you've had sciatic (nerve) problems in the past this may be a symptom. The spine is like a telephone exchange with connections coming and going. It is not uncommon for a nerve affliction to manifest itself in another unaffected body part.

I've had massive cervical nerve problems too, but just had an MRI give me an all-clear on that, after complaining to the doc that I awake with both hands numb every morning.

THAT is getting better, but now this new thing appears.
