Fair mileage on px car?
We signed for our M135i on Nov 28 and agreed a (pretty pants!) px price on our 335d. The mileage at the time was 57400 but the sales guy put 57000.
We are now on 58300. The car should be ready the second week of Jan. We have suddenly had a flurry of work meetings come up and I reckon we'd stick another 1000 miles on at least (I won't go over 60k though).
I have just stuck brand new rear tyres on so no wear there (the fronts are on 6mm); is this mileage reasonable? The contract just says "reasonable mileage!"
I'm worrying about it too much. I've emailed the sales guy but I can imagine he will want as little mileage as possible.
We have the van but it's thirsty, a bit slow and harder to park although it's comfortable over long distances.

Yours is probably too old for main dealers to sell on, they'll have a list of smaller independent garages they deal with to off load part exchange vehicles, failing that an auction.
As for your mileage concerns I wouldn't worry, unless of course you stack 1000's on it.

to be fair a few 1000 miles in a couple of months shouldn't be a problem after all you need to be able to drive something until you new one is ready/
they won't risk you walking away if they throw up a stink as they will have the other car to shift then.
