It's indicative of the general moral decay in British society that has been happening since Thatcher came to power in the late 70s. Far from being an isolated incident like certain people with an agenda would like you to believe these sort of things happen all the time as can be witnessed by the numerous indidents like this caught on the nation's CCTV cameras or by talking to any police officer that has the misfortune to work the streets of the towns and cities of this 'fine' nation!
A lack of any real deterrent plus role models like our lying corrupt politicians and an utterly morally bankrupt gutter press do nothing to reinforce the morals of a civilised society ergo we are ending up with what we deserve....a lawless sh1thole for a country!

Whilst there may well be a 'story' behind this, I just cannot comprehend what this bloke may feel justifies his action. Has to be related to mental health issues, surely?

That would be my first guess, either that or drug/alcohol related. Obviously the latter is no excuse but the former makes the whole thing a different story.

No, I'm having a joke with you all. The politicians and press are all honest lovely hardworking people with truly altruisitc motives for everything they do just like every single last one of the the inhabitants of this great and wonderful nation. There is no crime, no benefit cheating, no tax evasion... hell no one even so much as downloads a hooky movie. It's a lawful Utopia

No thanks as unlike most people in this country I won't take hand outs.
I have never had or needed a penny from anyone and this will be no different! If it doesn't work out then so be it!
