Going by the shape of the bottle I would say yes!
I would be all for getting learner drivers to do some basic maintenance as part of their test as well, just things like fluid levels, changing tyres etc. my sister didn't even know how to put air in her tyre FFS!

Long time ago i fill my MK1 Escort with fuel ( 4 star) and was going to pay, at the door of the petrol staion was greeted with the sight of a woman emptying the last of a gallon can of oil in her car, asked her if she had put whole can in .... reply was well yes... said to her not to start the car leave it and call a garage in the morning to empty the 3/4 gallon out. By the time I paid fuel she was gone, same as her crank seal no doubt. Women
