Specifically, the return spring for the brake?

It's instructions list all the spares you can buy, but NO contact details.

I've googled "Troy" etc etc but all it comes up with is items for sale.

Does anyone know who makes them, and details of where.how to contact them?

Just buy a new one as they are only £120 delivered to your door.


Your best bet would be Allwall in America but I think you will be lucky to find the parts?

I'm coming up against a brick wall....Googling it brings up hundreds for sale, but NO contact details. Who the hell makes them? WHY are they so secretive? If they list spares, why not sell them?

Anyway, I've sourced a spring off ebay. We'll see if it fits.

Oh, and the thing works without the spring, but you have to REMEMBER to put the brake on, or the board comes down on your head.........
