I believe Porsche require you to have your own insurance before they allow you on a sole test drive now. No idea about Aston. I walked into a Porsche dealer aged 26 (4 years ago) wearing jeans and T shirt and they let me take a Boxster out there and then. I pulled into the carpark in a Diesel Laguna.

Wear what you want, just make sure you have good expensive shoes and a quality watch. Play it cool, porsche shouldnt be a problem but never tried aston. Pulled up at the aston factory/showroom in Newport pagnell in a mint old DBS V8 and got treated very nicely though. Let me have a good look through a vanquish and a look at the workshops
