Hope the powers of Scoobynet work

One of my mates is setting up a business selling car parts (not Scoobies). He's got a domain registered and is now looking at getting someone to design a web site for him.

His guess to start with is that he will have 20-30 parts to sell. He is after something that has class , will from day one take orders online. There wont be lots to write about the company to start with as its a start up !.

So

Can anyone recomend someone to set up a site for him complete with secure online ordering ?, hosting etc.

What would be the rough costs of this ?

I will be passing all info onto him. So if your recomending someone, can you also let me have some reference sites they have done.
