cctv DVR, which one.. would like to upgrade
my DVR for my cctv is only a 4ch one. with 250 gb HDD.
originally bought from Maplins about 5 yrs ago.
was thinking of getting a newer one.. maybe 6ch or 8ch so I can add more cameras if I feel like it.
anyone recommend one, that's not stupid money??
I'm not bothered about getting access via the net etc
is Ebay best place to look.. as I've upgraded my cameras over the years via ebay and had good VFM on camera picture quality.
tnx.

I use a Dedicated Micros Sprite DS2P 16-way, (Silver in colour). Mega money when new but older 6, 9 or 16-way models can be picked up on eBay for decent money compared to a brand new Chinese no brand. You need one with passwords set to default though or it could be a big paperweight. DM have a simple and extremely effective menu with lots of functions.
I probably have a serviced spare DS2 16-way available soon when a main replacement arrives for my current DS2P. If you're interested, just PM me.

About a Sydney, there was one.
I thought it was a he, but you said it was a she.
There was a 'Pond' thread over a year ago here, where you posted the pictures of your magnificent ponds, a humungous grass snake and mentioned a Sydney.
I have good memory, so here we go>

Good to look at that thread again. Some wonderful pics there.
