Another vote for the Pronto!
Get the B&W version for approx £200 or the new colour for £700
100% programmable - e.g. graphics for channel logos linked to macros to select Sky/channel 1,0,1 the select the Amp for diigbox sound, dim the lights and start the video recorder - all with one finger push (if you do that everyday)

Pronto is the Mutts Nutts if you have the time to program it, if not it looks nice and makes people go wow when they visit. Batteries last a long time as well even with heavy use of the backlight.
