From: Weston Super Mare, Somerset.
Watching the Stones on the Beeb got me thinking which one band/individual, of any era, would I want if I ran Glastonbury.
Now I am past the first flush of youth so my opinion counts for little but I do have grown up kids that love music and they keep me in the loop. My daughter would be at Glastonbury (not far from us) if she had had a spare 200 notes and my son plays in a band.
So here are some choices - which would YOU pick
1) Arctic Monkeys - modern band and fantastically successful
2) Stones - no doubt they have made a huge contribution to the music scene over 40 years. But is nostalgia enough?
3) Queen. Some would say Freddie is unmatched
4) Hendrix. Simply superb

Or is there some other one special that you would choose?
My girl would choose Queen and Cold Play. My boy would ask for Hendrix and The Doves
I would have to ask for Hendrix if there was just one choice.
Over to you...........

I see the organisers have a cunning plan to clear the site quickly when it ends...... Bruce Forsyth will be in stage
