BBC admits it boobed over Holly Willoughby's dress
I can see why they complained .. it's terrible ..

To be honest, whilst it was pleasing to the eye for most red blooded males, I'm on the fence on this one. This show is televised before the watershed and has in the past received some flak in the past for sexualising some performances during this show. This show is is watched by my 3 young daughters and countless other children of all ages, I don't want them to think it is acceptable for them to wear such revealing clothes. Some notable comments (which I won't repeat) were made by my 2 eldest daughters about her revealing dress and her ***** which of course my youngest picks up. Then again I don't want them grow up thining that they can't wear what they want. Perhaps this is the parent in me, but some modesty wouldn't have gone a miss.

Think I've noticed this before recently went through the beeb,.Desperate attempt to boost ratings.??
Anyway iv found out recently iv been paying licence fee twice each year. and so far I Havnt got a refund

It's not about whether one is being prudish or not, my point is about whether such attire is acceptable on a show that is watched by children of all ages. I thought nothing of it until my children made some comments about it.

As Chopperman said, watch some of the music videos that's on all day everyday. And then you will notice that what you have mentioned above is nothing compared to a lot of those videos.

I'll admit that i was one of those that complained to the BBC.
Dear Sir, Holly has a lovely pair, it seems such a shame to hide em away. It can't have been comfy for Holly having that black dress crushing em. After 9pm is it possible we can have em out on the red button as a bit of a compromise ?

yes, i know some people are gay and it should be accepted (IMO it's just wrong), but are you saying that a bit of cleavage is worse than showing 2 blokes snogging?

Nobody under 18 should ever see breasts, this is the thin end of the wedge, one minute its 12 year olds seeing some cleavage, then its 8 year olds seeing a nipple and before you know it there are babies actually sucking on them.

Ffs, really? Is an attractive woman showing cleavage actually harming anyone? Is anyone really trying to say that this will impress so much upon their (female) kids that it will turn them into Geordie Shore slags? Erm, sensible parenting would be the answer. If kids turn out like *****, it's probably a good reflection of the parents.
Then again, if the tv is the babysitter and biggest guide in the kids life, lacking moral direction from the parents and assuming tv is the an example of how to live then yeah maybe a point there. The Victorians must have had it right!

It's only slutty if you show **** and ****. 
Seriously though, I can understand where people are coming from in that it was a little revealing, but it wasn't so bad to warrant complaints imo. Yes, she showed off her cleavage, but overall the dress wasn't slutty. There is no reason why there should be something wrong with wearing a nice outfit, even if it does show off assets a bit.
Compared to some images thrust in the faces of our youngsters, this was quite tame.
