Default nothing better to do

anybody else had this problem, its happened to me twice now.

I thought id pop into Tesco this morning to pick up a few bits and grid 2

anyway I had my kids with me so thought id park in the parents bit to avoid the door dingers.

I parked up and stopped the engine, just as I did this my phone rang,as I was talking on the phone a fat women was lingering around in front of my car, I assumed she was waiting to be picked up or something.

I finished my call and got out the car, as I did this she approached me and said "you do know this is for people with children to park in don't you?"

I said yes thank you as I opened my rear doors and let the kids out

now I know I have tinted rear windows so you cant see inside the car but seriously to hang around for ten minutes to tell someone that.

I must admit I can imagine when most people exit the store and see my car parked where it is they probably think I have parked there to be a **** and not because I have kids so to you lot too.

oh well I got a picture of said fat lady for my own amusement.

If he was to reverse park in a supermarket car park how would he get his shopping in the boot?

I hate ***** that do this with a passion, particularly when they push the trolley between cars to try to access the rear of their vehicle

You were lucky to get a parent and child space. They are usually full with performance cars cause their inconsiderate owners think they have a right to park there to reduce the risk of getting dents.... Focus RS owners seem to have this attitude.

Oh I've had that as well, really grinds me that one, even to the point of when it last happened they were just getting out when I was going back to the car and I asked why out of all of the spaces around they had to park so close next to my car and that I deliberately park so far away to avoid idiots parking next to me.

I fail to see where I said I was so special, that I deserved preferential parking or that I was a father in my post.

If the store in question is making parking available specifically for one part of the community then it's perfectly reasonable to respect the wishes of the store, to park accordingly, and allow those people who need those spaces to use them - unlike the comment Robsy made.

Any other words you would like to put in my mouth or have you finished for the evening?
