I have a smallish part to import from the USA, piece of intercooler pipe.
What options are there for sending it besides standard US Post airmail. Usual couriers such as UPS etc are expensive..any alternative ?

You have 2 options for the USPS! standard airmail and Priority airmail, The latter is half the time and easy to get tracking for both, Depending on the value on the parcel you could incur import costs regardless who ships it.
