How the heck did he get up there ? Wouldn't it just be easier to put the 3 ladders up considering all the distance that contraption covers.
He is the reason why H&S is so OTT these days. People are that stupid unfortunately.

The bamboo poles work very well-they know what they are doing,and the poles don't hurt so much if one falls on you.
