Angry Too many tv repeats

So I pay my tv licence for the year, as do millions of other people, but I have to endure an ever increasing amount of repeats on bb1 and bbc2.

If there is a decent explanation for this, I'm all ears, but I find it extremely annoying that they're digging up old episodes of game shows, documentaries etc so often.

They've just thrown away 68 mil of yours and mine on a system to back up everything to digital or something, don't be expecting anything new for a while.

Not only BBC either , all the Sky channels (that I pay for ontop off licence fee). I laugh about the hype around "on demand" , everything is repeated so much how the hell would you miss it in the first place !

And dont get me started on adverts , cant even channel hop these days.

Haven't had any sort of TV reception now in over 6months, don't know whats happening on Eastenders, could give less a **** who's winning X-Factor or whatever drivel is on at the moment and don't hear any depressing news reports.

Can't say I've missed it at all.

At least you have a choice to pay / have sky or not. TV licence is just another rip off.

It's Britain's got Talent at the moment, although don't worry because X-Factor will be starting back up soon I'm sure.

Who cares as we all pay for a license, until they stop the government from robbing us blind with an unjust tax. So your just gonna have to suck it up like the rest of the country and watch the same **** we all watch!

I reckon they are too mean to spend the money on new shows when they can save the cash.

I agree with you anyway.

How can discovery say NEW WHALE WARS when this season is season 6 and was 2yrs ago?

I hate repeats and it looks like the only was around them is to watch things I wouldn't dream of... Moonshiners, loggers & swamp things.

Banshee is amazing

Can't make my mind up about Banshee. The stupid soft **** type sex scenes add nothing to the show and whilst the plot has a lot of promise I can't help but feel it may well peter out into a mess of stupid convoluted nonsense a la Lost rather than be something more memorable. It's keeping my interest, but only just!
