Any better deals that anyone knows of than 2.79% which present lender Scottish Widows are offering? Sticking with existing lender saves hassle and expense. Mortgage broker L&C are looking but they don't have access to some non-broker products. The offset facility doesn't have penalties despite the fixed rate. The fixed rate doesn't matter, but the tracker rate was higher at 2.49+base=2.99% for no fees.
