Not As Advertised
If I order something I want on the internet, (then it turns up and looks completely different), where do I stand. Have rang them and they say I can send it back but only at my own expense.... could I call it false advertising as it looks nothing like the image on their website.

If it's a trader and the goods are not as described you are entitled to a refund of return postage costs, page 10

I think it depends on what is stated on the website, actual description etc. I have often seen this sort of comment made,
Images are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product received.
If the product description is correct, and the above statement (or words to that effect) is made, I would imagine the company have covered themselves as far as retail law is concerned.
