Just gone grade one all over (for the bits that are left) - duckdives are a bit nippy on the gleaming bonce.

I tell myself Kelly Slater is also near bald to try and make myself feel better. It doesn't work though

Yep, a mate was out with his GoPro 2 (for some reason the newer 3 doesn't seem as robust!) and took a few snaps. He's got some video footage too which I should have soonish. I hope.

Not as waterproof. TBH I didn't go into detail but he sent the 3 back in exchange for a 2!

That's what I expected to hear. We sent ours back because it wouldn't turn on without having to reset it every time.

Still waiting for the teething issues to be sorted before buying another.

The sunset looks amazing in your video, and I'm wondering if you fell after the big waves gulped you or stayed in control. I'm talking after 2 minutes of the video when the real action starts.

the wind was a tad off shore

and on a kitesurfer that is squeeky bum time, next stop Brazil

but its always good to get out, especially with a bunch of mates (and the food was really really good)

polzey looks cold, I have some pics of me at Daymer in December, and actually the water temp was OK
