Anyone ever been 'picked out at random' for a check
I was part of a company for 2/3 months a while ago......it turned out to be not the most honest company if you know what I mean , I walked away after 8/10 weeks after sussing them

Friday I receive a letter wanting to know what was priced/what was done , where adverts placed.....everything
The dates they are asking for fall into the above company.

I personally havnt done anything wrong (I hope ) but I have no proof of anything they want as I just walked away....the company is still (trying) to trade

They have been tipped off and are investigating ....... be as honest as you can be, this sounds serious.

Don't know.....I had phone calls Christmas eve , invoices not paid etc etc
Moniey was taken to pay everyone.....I had already gone 3 week prior to this as I was sick of excuses being made to where payments was (as in not in the account)

I walked away and was left with 'personal accounts' not being paid......I have cleared those personally throughout January with my money

I had a full tax inspection about 3 years after I set up on my own, I am so glad that we had done all our business above board, the powers these people have are wide ranging, after several visits the tax lady was happy with the way we had been running things, I really would hate to have had this inspection if I had been playing dodgy, phew ! my clear conconsience was worth its weight in gold, They have a 6th sense for sussing a bad un.
If you are honest you will have nothing to worry about !
