Default Carphone warehouse problem

I got an iPhone 4S in July 32g £42 a month. The home button did not work as soon as I took it out of the box. They initially said it had to be sent for repair which considering the fact I only turned it on once and it still had the screen protector fitted, was not impressed. The eventually gave me a new phone.
Problem is I have now noticed its actually a 4s 16g yet I'm paying a contract for a 32g which is £8 more expensive.

What's my options?

Take it back and either get a refund on your contract or get the right phone. The IMEI and sim card number will tally to your receipt and the paperwork will show you have been sold short. Get a refund of your contract far any period you've had the 16GB phone too

That would be good I don't have the receipt but I'm sure they will have the fact they changed the phone on record and with any luck the serial number recorded as well

Don't need a recept at all as there was no conract of sale.... they will have their lease agreement which will identify the type of phone they have "contracted out".

Should be a doddle to sort........well should be.

Remember the id is on the phone so they just scan that. Easy peasy, hopefully should be just another swap.
