Popped into IKEA a few weeks ago for a couple of plinths only to be told the finish (matt) I was looking for had very recently been discontinued. No problem said the young lady serving I'll order two from head office. I offered to pay for them in advance but she said no charge, Not only that but they delivered straight to my house so I didn't even need to collect them! Excellent customer service and well worthy of a mention.

No, I'm going to start a post about how I started working at 14 and then went to University whilst working nights and how wonderful I am never having been out of work and well you know the rest.
