Brilliant, never ceases to amaze me how the highway code goes clean out the ******* window in some of these big car parks, I was in B&Q this morning and seen two drivers going against the one way system.

At least he could park, our local chain's carpark is flooded, so its virtually no parking.

went on the bike, so it was pretty easy and empty

Lol, I went yesterday and it was manic, I couldn't get out of car park for at least 20 minutes till I mounted the pavement after seeing everyone doing the same to get out via bus in route.

i always try take up 2 spaces in car parks and mile away from everyone else.. not to be a dick, but if you park normal you can bet some idiot will ding the car with a trolley or a car door.

You should post your own pics on;

http://youparklikeacunt.com

As well then. What gives you or anyone else the right to take up more spaces than needed, just on the off chance someone might ding the door If you're that worried about it, show some consideration for the people who actually need to park especially at busy times and stay at home

Edit to say, By the way there are alot of sites like the above springing up where people who post to them also damage the offending cars, heard of people kicking in doors and wings etc, of course this is out of order, but by taking up 2 spaces you might well in fact be looking at a big bill to repair a massive dent or key scratch or worse!

I always go against the one way in supermarket carparks because I just want to get in and out not do 2 laps of a fecking car park before I can get out.

lol so its worth risking a head on with someone just so you can get out of the car park a few minutes quicker than anyone else, or knocking someone over coz they weren't expecting a car coming in the wrong feckin direction

As i said i park far away from anyone else.. what makes that sound like am taking up spaces that are in desperate demand?

if you want to see it as me being a dick that's fine too lol. i wont stop taking up more space to protect my car from idiots with trolleys and opening their car door without watching what they do.

bet telling you i park in disabled bays too when there are more than 3 empty will make you get all righteous too

So, if the car park is empty, why not park in just one space?

I used to.. then came back to a dent/scrape.. don't ask me why someone was parking so damn close to me when carpark was pretty empty lol

its habbit now i suppose to park pretty far over in the 1 space (seems to stop people parking in the space next to you) or just put the motor out the way of everyone completely.

honestly ive had so many people hit/scrape my car in carparks its just not even funny. ive also seen tons of people hit cars with trolleys by mistake or actually drive into the car when reversing out!

carpark = evil

It wouldn't surprise me if u did use disabled spots. People like you are so self centered you have no idea about considering other people. I blame the parents myself, so its not all your fault

A few years back I had a car which was my dream car - spent a lot of money on the paint work etc. If I went to the supermarket in it (rare) I would always park as far away from the door as I could, like 300m away! No cars round there, nothing. Anyway, on my return there would always be someone parked next to me. Every single time. Used to **** me right off. I knew they were doing it on purpose because if I took my daily driver sh1tbox and did the same no one parked within 3 spaces...

They had the parked eye attendants out in force at my local asda today.

Saw them writing a ticket out for a car in a mother & child bay that was parked slightly across the line.

Can't believe some people who park as close as possible.

Last week I parked on the top tier of a multi-storey (60 - 70 spaces) as it was icy I parked well away from any potential accident. There was only one car beside myself however on my return there were 4 cars & one of then had decided to park about 20 inches away from me.

What is that about! Enough to make the blood boil
