Took me a while but I've found the solution ..... go out with someone 19 years younger than you.......makes me feel so much younger, add to the fact that we've now got a 2 month old baby boy I feel 20 years old again (never did like sleep, lol)

Or be with someone 21 yrs older, like I am. Still get the same effect of feeling younger - if that makes sense.
