I can see the potential issue here but at the same time, it annoys the hell out of that this convicted nonce is claiming he might be 'subjected to degrading behaviour' - like his victims then?

Also, he's on dialysis so taxpayers are keeping this guy artificially alive, providing him with a home and money and presumably he is on a waiting list somewhere for a transplant.

Not sure what the change needs to be but the whole thing is just wrong
