Should I buy this?
Hi
I'm in the market for a Blu Ray player and noticed this on fleebay.
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1608991286...84.m1423.l2649
I know it's a refurb but still looks ok. Not sure if it's a risk buying it. What do you think?
I know it's bargain basement but at the moment I'm not as flush as I'd like to be.

As a huge Blu-ray user and someone who has "tested" (or been a mug who bought the latest) of about seven players in the past two years I will say this....
Buy a Sony or Panasonic. Everything else is chuff. LG, Samsung, pah. You are either doing software updates or the new shiny disk isn't playing.
Here enderth....

I wouldn't bother with built in surround sound systems. They are never really that good. Plus, you can't use anything else with the system.
A mate his selling his Sony Blue Ray player for just £35.
Problem is I have a Panasonic Viera Plasma so quite keen on keeping things the same brand so I can use the Viera Link.
I saw this yesterday:
