Default Dead Samsung Galaxy S3?

Seems my iPhone beating Galaxy S3 has given up the ghost.

Can't get passed the boot screen that says "Samsung Galaxy SIII GT-I9300"

I've tried Volume up+Home+Power to reset but that doesn't work either.

Any ideas, other than binning it and getting an iPhone5

Yeh, more than likely but if I can reset it somehow then it'll save the hassle.

Have you tried rooting it? If you have and it's bricked your warranty wont count for Jack if they find out.

Unlike some phones, rooting isn't frowned upon

It's not rooted anyway. I'll check out XDA. Thanks
