I can't imagine how Mo can do 5k in sub 13 minutes, am struggling to do it in double that time.

I used to be perfectly happy with sprints up to 400m but anything longer was very difficult unless it was a full cross country and I was happy once again with the much longer distance. I never did understand that.

I've done a 5K in 31 minutes, but I am striving to do a 10K. I'm not sure I'll go out of my way to find one, but have done 5K regularly on the treadmill, i.e. twice a week.
I can understand not wanting to do 10K, but man up and try it!
