Default Anyone know what to do?

Hi I had ordered a recon engine but on reciept it's not and also not as described what are my rights to get a refund from the company also there not replying to my two methods of contact phone and email.


Any help much appreciated

As you paid by credit cad, you have quite a bit of protection. I'd give your card company a ring and ask their advice as well.

as above you should be ok if purchased on a credit not debit card.

Long story short I wanted the fuel filler pipe and the one they sent (off the shelf n mint) was worse then the one on the car. I sent it back saying it's rubbish and they said no refunds.. I went to citizens advice who said about senind letter blah bla blah I followed the whole thing. They came back saying it took a guy 2hrs to remove from the car at £100 an hour plus postage etc and that they were actually making a loss.
I paid £150. In the end I was just about to take it to court and was informed that if it's less then £250 there's no point going to a court. I only managed to get £40 back from the scrappy - rude as **** on the phone, I lost out so much with the recorded delivery letters, calls etc.

From now on I only buy from new, or people I know. It's not worth the hassle, even if it's cheaper..

Bloody hell rob not good!!!

They have now collected the engine hope they refund as I can't afford to miss £900
