Hi All,

Google provides lots of answers to service centres, but not necessarily recommendations.

Can anybody recommend a service centre?

Needs a new capacitor, and a bit of a clean. Possibly a replacement glass.

Any thoughts?

I just took my Kinetic into a local jeweller, who sent it off to Seiko. It came back a few weeks later cleaned and working fine, no complaints - other than that having to send off a Kinetic for a new battery seems to be, well, missing the point a bit!

 

Thanks for this -I was told that the watch needs to be serviced. ie a replacement capacitor etc.

The price seems to be about £140...... other Seiko owners have told me the same.

 

Try Yorkshire Watches mate.. I got my Seiko Kinetic from them, they have an in-house service centre too..
