I'm not a big "European" fan, so this article made me both laugh and cry at the same time.

Laugh - the new design is a joke! It looks awful (IMHO

).
Cry - How much are they spending on this "re-branding"? Can the money not be better spent elsewhere?

I am sure they used to show that on BBC two with a little doll in the middle when the programs went off???
