Does anyone know of any companies that hire camper vans / motor homes in the UK which can be taken abroad.
We are trying to plan next years visit to Le Mans and a camper van is an option.

Can't remember any specific names but we were looking to hire one a couple of years ago and tour The UK / Europe, we just searched on Google and I think most of them were around £100 a day depending on size and quality of the camper's, also some places put you in touch with campervan owner's and you hire their's when they're not using them.

IME of these places that hire out motorhomes I would not mention LeMans - anything like that, LeMans, Stag weekends, general bloke stuff = red flag.

LOL We looked into a campervan to travel to Germany for the World Cup in 2006, as soon as that was mentioned it became pretty hard to get one unless you paid an absolute fortune.

Run by a great Kiwi guy, he rents them out to anyone for festivals etc, loads of Irish guys have them for the Euro's at the moment. He has no problem hiring to all male groups.
