Default Sending Postal order payment to Japan

Does anyone know how to do this?

I need to pay 700 Yen to a company in Japan, they don't have a Paypal account so have asked if I can use a postal order.

I assumed I could do it via the post office but now not I'm not so sure, Japan wasn't listed on the countries that accept them.
