performance of origin blue i?
#1
Now that these have been out a while can anyone give their opinion on its performance?
I have been out in geodesy equipped cars and they tend to fail when its cloudy and be forever searching for signal.
Apparently their database is not as comprehensive, but that doesnt bother me as they will be with time and I dont drive to the far stretches of nowhere.
All I want to know is now that after the er=arly teething problems should be fixed, is everyone happy.
Can anyone details the improvements to the geodesy, as I currently prefer the smaller option.
The blue i is more functional but its so big and ugly, I am not sure I want a bulky receiver on show in the car, whereas the geodesy can fit in the aperture left by removign the cup holder in the dash.
Has anyone got any pictures of how they mounted either the geodesy or the bue i?

I have a geodesy and it works fine if you keep it in the dashtop cubby hold. It can still get a signal through the high quality scoob plastic.
When I need to put something else in the cubby hole I just stick it onto the lid.
