How to - Remove yourself as a Director from a Ltd Company
Just need to get some help guys.
I am a director of a Ltd company that's made up of myself and 2 other directors. We set up last April (2011) and the business never really took off and what little money we did make hasnt been managed well by the other two directors and I feel like they are going to end up getting us in trouble when its comes to doing the annual return etc. I really just want to brake away and come clean. Is this possible to do? and if so how?
Cheers,
SetoN

You need to fill in one of these:-
http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk/for...f_director.pdf
Not so difficult, but make sure the other directors give you a letter saying all debts owed by you are paid and all by the company paid to you, and make sure your company secretary countersigns.
