organised western governments, legalised/above the law criminal activity.
legal and moral mis-behaviour.
its maybe not as bad as some countries blatant low moral activity, but its the way its tried to be hidden/justified thats the biggest crime.

Think some of the mexcan drug smugglers , Felix arrelano, Sinaloa etc, the Emperor king of heroin, the Albanians who have a mafia so big it seems international oragnised crime involves most of the countrys population, and possibly the Russians.
