Utterly FED UP!!!!!
Had minor surgery on my leg 4 weeks ago to remove a growth on my lower leg, over my shin.
Had stitches out two weeks later, no problems it would seem.
Day after, leg started to bleed where stitches came out and the day after, wound started to re-open and weep.
Fast forward 2 week and 5 dr's/nurses appointments later, I have a huge crater like hole in my leg, which is getting worse an no sign of improvement. Dr told nurse today she had left it too long for me to have new stitches so, swab's taken, histology being done again and i'm left with "we will re-dress it and see you again in 3 days".
Feel so fed up and just wish it would blooming heal now!!!!!
Rant over and thank you for listening!

I know how you feel. I had a mole removed off my shin when I was a teenager. The thing's root was nearly as deep as my leg is and couldn't believe it when they showed me. It was done under local with a sheet across my waist to stop me watching but I could see round the side and the blood was running all over my leg
They stitched it all up but a couple of days later it split open and I was left with a gaping hole in my leg. I went back to hospital where the dr who saw it absolutely slated the dr who had stitched my leg up as they had only done external stitches when the wound was that deep it needed internal stitching.
I now have a nice oval scar on my leg to remember it by as they had said it couldn't be restitched after the botched effort and had to heal naturally with a gauze covering. Oh and yes took ages to heal.

Damn, just saw the Laura, I guess that gives the game away as you say.
Well I hope it all goes well for you and you get it sorted, and you are still able to wear your Jimmy Choos.
